Before coming to USM, Stephen worked as a case worker at a residential school in Rhinebeck, NY, and as a drug and alcohol rehabilitation counselor in Minneapolis.
Stephen teaches cooking classes for both children and adults at USM through the Summer I.D.E.A.S. Program.
